How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Implementedrunning Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You may write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Implementedrunning Pest Control
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Implementedrunning Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Connecticut.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@implementedrunning.garden and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Once that is done, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
